Financial and Administrative Affairs

Having a wide variety of functions this department’s main function is to meet the needs and expectations in line with the institution’s goals and strategies by employing the available resources effectively and efficiently and to provide the best and the highest quality service in the shortest time possible throughout the academic year starting with the enrolment of all students.

Our main duties are:

Collecting the tuition, invoicing, and carrying out all banking transactions;

Preparing yearly budgets and following up their implementation;

Monitoring the cash flow;

Keeping all official accounting records related to the school’s income and expenses;

Supervising and coordinating any kind of activities and transactions related to the services of subcontractors such as catering, cleaning, landscaping and maintenance, security, and ambulance services.
