High School Registration Steps for 8th Grade Students

TED Rönesans College High School enrollment process includes the LGS exam scores and the application steps below.

All candidates fill out the online “Enrolment Form” on our website.

Candidates who fill out the Enrolment Form are called by the registration officer and preliminary information is shared.

LGS base score/percentile is announced for registration.

Candidates who provide above base score/percentile are expected to complete the following steps.

  • Interview
  • Digital Application Documents* (Candidates complete the file online. Click for the Digital Application File.)
  • Students who are evaluated by the high school admissions committee and whose processes are completed positively are entitled to enroll in TED Rönesans College High School in line with the quota.

Students who complete the final registration process are taken to the Preparatory Proficiency Exam, which consists of English and Turkish questions. Students who exceed the threshold determined in the exam continue to the 9th grade, and students whose language proficiency is not sufficient continue to the high school preparatory class.

Digital Application File Content

Application Letter: The letter to be created should explain the prospective student’s life, family, hobbies, developed and open sides, a problem he/she has solved or wants to solve, the topics he/she likes or dislikes, thoughts about his/her future, goals, expectations from high school life and why TED Rönesans College High School preferred. The content of the letter consists of at least 200 words.

LGS Result Document

Community Service Studies: Officially approved documents containing tasks, studies, competitions and degrees involving social responsibility activities.

Art, Culture, Sports and Science Studies: Documents that includes candidate student’s talents in the fields of visual arts, dance, music and theater, success in sports and science, participation in cultural events. Certificate of achievements, sports license, award or other documents showing participation in events such as national or international competitions and festivals.

Scholarship

For scholarship, LGS base score/percentile is announced. The final scholarships of the candidates whose LGS score is in the scholarship bracket are determined by evaluating the Digital Application Files.

Scholarship percentages are limited to quotas. Current quota information is published on our website daily.

Scholarship continues to all through the high school education, subject to the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the TED Rönesans College Scholarship Regulation.

 

Registration for 8th Grade Students of TED Rönesans College

Our students who have completed their 8th grade at TED Rönesans College have the right to pass directly to the prep class of our high school. Our students are taken to the Prep Examption Exam, which consists of English and Turkish questions. Students who score above the base score in the exam are enrolled in the 9th grade. Students who score below the base score enroll in the High School Prep Class.

 

9th and 10th Grade – Midterm Transfer Application

Students who will apply for transfer to the 9th and 10th grades are taken to the TED Schools Entrance Exam, English Proficiency Exam. Students also interview by our guidance teachers.

Candidates complete the “Digital Application File” online.

Students who complete all registration steps positively are entitled to enroll in TED Rönesans College High School in line with the quota.

Scholarships are not offered for 9th and 10th grade transfer applications.

Candidates cannot be accepted for 11th and 12th grades of TED Rönesans College High School.

  • 2 passport size photos of mother, father and student
  • Copy of mother, father and student identity card
  • School fee payment
  • The original of the equivalence certificate for foreign students
  • Student affairs registration information forms
